One Wilson family of East Tennessee that was displaced by the water from lakes impounded by the Tennessee Valley Authority was my husbands Wilson line. This family sold their property in a place called Walnut Grove. This was in Union and/or Anderson counties. This Wilson family made the track west into Oklahoma. The oldest member of this family was a Nancy Wilson. Have some family say that she might have been the daughter of Augustus Wilson b. 05/04/1759 in Cecil Co., PA died 02/28/1850 in Anderson Co Tennessee. He was married to Anna Rice of SC. Children, James Wilson b. 1784 in NC He married Elizabeth Simpson in Green Co Tennessee on 07/13/1804 Isaac Wilson b 1786 in NC died 06/17/1874 in Union Co.. Tennessee married Mary Snodderly in Knox Co Tennessee. Nancy Wilson 1790 in NC. Unknown marriage. Husbands line if this is the right Nancy.
