I've found that sometimes when you do a search on the census in Ancestry.com, the person doesn't always show up on the page that you're directed to. But, if you step forward or backwards by one image, you will find them. I have yet to have this fail for me. Nothing is perfect, just be glad we live in the computer age, otherwise you'd be spending a lot of time getting nowhere fast.
