I agree with Jeff Green. I wasn't going to say anything, but finally decided that Ancestry.com needs someone in their corner. LOL I have ALWAYS been notified by phone call and e-mail from the customer service people at Ancestry.com when it was renewal time. Never had them charge me anything without my permission first. I just wish they would hurry up with getting all the census records fully indexed! But, I am trying to be patient, as I can see they are working on it! That is a very big job!! My frutration in them.....and in every other ancestry site.....my great grandparents seem to have been dropped from a space ship!! Anybody have Wilsons from Ohio....that just might have had a son born in 1830 by the name of Ananias Wilson?? PLEASE?? Thanks, Karol Wilson Gale Subject: Re: [WILSON-L] Resources Date: Thu, 01 May 2003 18:44:37 -0400 From: Jeff Green <skeech@comcast.net> To: WILSON-L@rootsweb.com Ancestry.com has always called and also sent me e-mails to let me know ahead of time when my subscription is up for renewal. This is the part of the e-mail that tells you how to get in touch with them. I've never had a problem with this. If you wish to cancel your subscription, please call 1-800-ANCESTRY between 8:00AM and 5:00PM MST, BEFORE you are automatically renewed. Please select prompt number 4. Jeff
