If my information is correct he was born in Scotland in 1741 and died in Norfolk VA in Jun 1799. He was married to Mary Bankhead Campbell. Their children were James Wilson born abt 1798 William Wilson born abt 1800 Margarita Wilson born abt 1790 Mary Bankhead Wilson born in Loudon VA 21 Sep 1796 ( married Daniel Julius Caswell in Ohio) After the death of James Wilson, Mary married William Hartshome in 1808.
