My Prestons were BARNHILLS. My grandmother Emma Preston BARNHILL married Jess L.R. WILSON. Emma's had a brother and uncles and other relatives with Preston in their names. I'm thinking Preston might have been a maiden name of a female somewhere, but I havent run across it yet. janice CA
I also have Preston in my line. Robert Preston Wilson. His name supposedly came from the city of Preston England, where he was supposedly born in April of 1836. I have yet been unable to prove.
