Nancy ROGERS, Female; Birth: About 1820 Pittsylvania, Virginia Death: Before 1857 Can anyone prove or disprove that the above Mildred is the same Mildred Rogers who was the wife of Thomas Wilson, born 1799 in TN? Both are found on the Jackson Co, AL 1860 census. Mildred Rogers was the 3rd wife of Thomas Wilson. Both died in Jackson County, AL and are buried at Old Baptist Cemetery in Hollywood, Jackson Co, AL. I'm trying to connect Mildred Rogers to a William Rogers family found on the 1880 District 11, Marion Co, TN census: 1880 District 11 Marion TN census: William Rogers, 31, born AL, ca 1849. Father born AL, Mother born AL Martha J. Rogers, wife 28, born TN ca 1851; Father born NY (I think this is a typo and should be KY) and Mother born TN Mary A. Rogers, daughter age 8, born TN Isaac H. Rogers, son, age 6, born TN Robert L. Rogers, son, age 2, born TN Lucinda Perkins, mother-in-law, age 60, born TN; Father born KY, Mother born SC The above Lucinda Perkins was living in Jackson Co, AL in 1860, very near Thomas & Mildred. She was shown living in the home of Frances Woodall and her children. At the same time, a son of Frances Woodall was living in the Thomas Wilson home, apparently apprenticed out to learn a trade. I'm trying to tie together the Woodall, Perkins, Rogers and Wilson surnames. If I haven't completely confused everyone, I would appreciate hearing from anyone who can provide any info on these people. Paula
