Now a days the occurance is about 1 in every 95 births. Back in the 1800's, the 1700's (even the early 1900's) twins were not so common. My family has twins but they are about every 3rd/4th generation. My own dd has twin boys, my mom has twin girl cousins and my mom is 82. Mom either doesn't know or won't tell about other twins in the family. Is this something that can be done or do I just need to hop on the fact when I read about other Wilson twins? Why are family members so close-mouthed about what goes on in the family if a person is just looking for info about our gnenalogy? Dee Couvillon
