Mechanicsburg, IL jumped out at me as I went thru your family list, Phyllis. It is such a small place in Sangamon Cty. My Wilsons lived in Mechanicsburg, IL during the 1940's, 50's and 60's. They were Walter Edgar & Emma (Cora Emmaline Eaton) Wilson. Family was: Donald, Paul, Ivan, Carl (my husband's father), Claude and Ruth. Any chance there could be a connection?
