Obituary published in the Amarillo Globe-News, June 29, 2003 THOMAS M. WILSON, 90, of Amarillo, [Potter Co., Texas] died Friday, June 27, 2003. Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Monday [June 30, 2003] in Memorial Park Cemetery with Dr. Chester Beavers officiating. Arrangements are by Memorial Park Funeral Home, 6969 E. Interstate 40, [Amarillo]. Mr. Wilson was a longtime resident of Amarillo. He was the owner of Shoe Hospital for 32 years, and was a member of Paramount Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his wife, L.V. Wilson in 2001. Survivors include two daughters, Wanda Srader of Eustace [TX] and Faye Johnson of Amarillo; two sons, B.D. Wilson of Modesto, Calif., and Jessie Wilson of Canyon; seven grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and many great-great-grandchildren. The family suggests memorials be to Crown of Texas Hospice in Amarillo.
