Can you provide more information than that? Dates would help....... spouses names, parent names etc. I have a misc Phillip Wilson b. 1857 in Hickman KY died in California m. Anna Shirley and son of Charles James Fox Wilson and Harriet Lucy Wilson who was from Union Co. Ky. I have no children for this Phillip. I also have another misc Phillip Wilson b,. 1849 m. to Mary Morgan of Cumberland TN. One never knows where they end up...... who would think the guy above would be born in KY, died in CA and buried in IL where the family is. Good Morning Everyone, My John Wilson/Willson (1791-1869) was born abt 1791 either in South Carolina or on the Atlantic Ocean - depending on which record you are looking at. He was Quaker. John married Polly Brooks (1800-1860) who supposedly was born in Quebec. Unknown where they married, but their first child, Oliver (1817-1880), or children, was born in New York. The next child I have found, and the rest of them (an additional 8 kids) were born in Elgin County, Ontario, Canada between 1824 and 1839. It is my feeling that there are additional children born between Oliver in 1817 and David in 1824, Oliver's death certificate says he was born in NY. I've never found his birth record. I've looked for the family in Quaker records and found nothing. There is a John and Polly in Brooklyn, but it is the wrong family. Anyone connect to this family? Any ideas for where I look next?
