Has anyone every heard of Orizby (Risby, Risby, Risbey) Wilson, born about 1793 in NC. He was next found in 1820 in Appling Co., Ga., then 1830 Lowndes Co., Ga., until death in 1870. He supposedly married Mary Polly McClelland. A real brick wall so any help would be greatly appreciated!
