Charles O/L Bowers. GGF - Charles Garfield Wilson, b. 18 Nov 1868, Fair Haven, CT - d. 17 Feb 1899, Fair Haven, CT, m. Grace E. Stevens. Irene May Wilson, b. 1871, CT - d. 11 Jan 1949, New Haven, CT, never married. Elizabeth Ernestine (Lizzie) Wilson, b. 1 May 1874, CT - d. 5 Apr 1956, New Haven, CT, m. George T. Perkins. George Edward Wilson, b. 12 Aug 1876, CT - d. 28 Apr 1899, CT., m. Jennie E. Vogt, 31 Dec 1896, children: Ruel E. Wilson, b. abt. 1897. My GGGGF is James and Matilda Wilson, living possibly in NY abt. 1840. I have no other information on them other than their names and the one known child born unto them Charles Henry Wilson. I am looking to find something other than Charles H. Wilson's death certificate which may give more validity to his parents were. I cannot find Chas/Charles H. Wilson in 1850 or 1860 census with parents James and Matilda. Census records I do have are the 1870 & 1880 of Charles, Mary and children, no parents. I have no idea where in NY, Charles Henry Wilson was born.
