I have a picture which I believe was taken in the early part of the 1900's. It shows my Wilson (James Lemuel Wilson, I believe) with his wife. Both people in the picture are dressed in full Indian traditional clothing- rather formal. The wife (which is probably Hazel Park) is also in traditional wear. She has a blanket that is obviously home made. I know that many American Indian families actually owned their designs. I am wondering if anyone knows a way to identify the blanket/or picture. It was probably taken in Oklahoma or South Kansas although it could also be taken in Washington, Oregon or Idaho. Any suggestions? pat ----- Original Message ----- From: [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> To: [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> Sent: 5 de February de 2005 6:00 PM Subject: WILSON-D Digest V05 #53
