Judy, Illinois has a searchable state wide database which you can look up marriage records. I don't remember what years it covers but I have found licenses on the site for my g-g-great grandparents who were married in 1839. This is the site address: www.cyberdriveillinois.com from there you scroll down to Illinois state wide marriage database 1763-1900. Good luck, Roberta, My Wilson's, Richard and Keziah lived in Manchester, Scott Co., Illinois.
