My most distant documented ancestor is David Wilson. He was born January 1774. According to the 1850 census, he was born in VA. He first appears in records in Greene County, TN when he married Jane Weir. There were Wilson families in Augusta / Rockbridge Counties in the area known as Borden's Grant or the Scotch Irish Settlement. He was a Presbyterian. I have no documented info to connect him to any of the Wilson's living in that part of VA. Anyone? > On Jul 7, 2014, at 7:59 AM, "Clara W.
