Isaac Wilson married Doshia [Lucy] [Arnold] Lee (ca1814-??) on 15 Dec 1832 in Campbell County, Virginia. They re-settled to Morgan County, Kentucky and had seven children. Isaac is reported to have died in 1848 in Rowan County, Kentucky. He does not appear in the 1850 Morgan County, Kentuckjy census, but Doshia is listed in her daughter's household along with her younger children. Isaac is reported to have been born in Campbell County, Virginia in 1810. Some say that he was born in Kentucky and may have lived in Clark County, Kentucky (although this may be a different Isaac). Who were Isaac's parents? They have been reported to have been Ralph & Nancy Elizabeth (Welch) Wilson, but they lived in what is now Pendleton County, West Virginia, which seemss too distant from Campbell County. Another report is that his parents were Jacob and Mary Lee (Fritz) Wilson, however that would mean two sons by the same name (one being born 1791 in Clark County, Kentucky). Is the reported birth date for Isaac of 1810 correct? It is a few years earlier than Doshia Lee as would be expected.
