In 2014, I was in touch with Shirley Forrest on genealogy.com. I would like to contact her again but can’t since genealogy.com has been discontinued. If anyone knows how to contact her, please give her this message. I’m not sure if the WILSON surname is her primary line. We shared some info regarding my gg gfather, William Wilson, born ca 1802 SC, who relocated to GA ca 1840. He is found on the 1850 Walker County GA census. I would also like to talk with anyone who has Wilsons who relocated from NC or SC and settled in GA in the early to mid 1800’s. Tennessee seems to be loaded down with Wilsons but I’m not finding very many that left NC/SC for the state of Georgia. PAULA DUNKLIN
