Hi Gayle, reviewing again your below message of Feb 3, 2010. They are indeed my families as I connect to the COLVILLE, VANCE, WILSON via my dead end gf Daniel MCCAULEY 1743 Ire-1829 Opequon who m Elizabeth MARQUIS ca 1770 at Opequon. She is the d/o James COLVILLE 1695 & Ann VANCE 1700. That makes us cousins of some sort! Find the info very interesting and producing some questions. Can you tell me where David Evans data ends and your data begins? Do you have an Email add or pho # for him? You claim descendancy from Eliz COLVILLE 1729 but I don't see her in father Joseph's 1757 will. What is your support? Could I see your fam sheet on your gf Joseph BLACK 1717? Equally significant, below indicated both the COLVILL & WILSONs are from Bainbridge, Co Down, IRE where I believe my MCCAULEYs are from as well as their cousins GLASS, KERRs. Do you have either of them in your trees? Would you know if Bainbridge is in Parish Seapatrick, Co Down, Ire? Have you done any research there? Do you have your data on a computer genealogy program? Could I have your add & pho #? Let's try this. From Walter Hendricks, Maryville, TN, in 1982: "I recently came across an ad in the Genealogical Helper by Mr. David Evans, 2338 Shadowdale, Houston, TX 77043, who was seeking info on the Evans, Vance, Bl;ack Colville familis. I got the above from other people and Ancestry or the Latter Day Saints sites. I have no way to research overseas at all. If you believe this interconnects with your family, I will dig deeper into my files and see what I can find for you.
