    1. [WILSON-L] Ludson with a L :)

    3. I wanted to thank everyone for their help and suggestions. I am certain that my Ludson Wilson was indeed, named that. It is not just on a census but also in our Family Bible. I know that he was born in Henry Co. Va. in 1805 and married a girl from Mississipp in 1845 in Avoyelles Parish, La. We doubt this was his first marriage because he was 39 at the time. He probably was married once before and had other children somewhere. We would so like to find those cousins. Ironicaly, there was another person named Ludson Worsham, born at the same time and place, but his family tree is very well researched and documented. My Ludson and he may have been named for the same person, but the other family does not see any connection to my Wilsons? I have not found Ludson Wilson on any census but the 1850 one in La. He died in 1859. I thought he surely must be on the 1840 or 1830 one somewhere, but I can not find it. Thanks anyway. Please remember me, if you see a Ludson.
