Subsequent deeds filed by Samuel Sammons a guardian of Magdaline, shows a transfer of property to Henry who was a brother and not father. Guardianship filed by Elizabeth Ann Filed initially on Oct 1, 1841 to Richard Hushney? Surrogate Subsequently on November 9, 1841 issues a penal bond to Jacob Wilson requiring specific support to each child. Magdalene?s bond noted as a penal type and involves the largest sum.
