Sandy, you will find rude people on many lists and do not let that bother you. Do not unsubscribe because you may just get some useful information. I am still enrolled and I am black so you know how little information I get. However, every now and then, someone personally sends me information on slaves they have found in records which I appreciate greatly.
Don't worry about it, Sandy. No harm done on your part. Stick around. Steve --- Sandy Bollhorst <sandy@usafast.net> wrote: > I just want to ask you to forgive me for making a > terrible mistake. Is anyone on the list researching the line of Wilson's that also include the Lines of Newton and Freeman. As far back as I can get them is that Robert Anderson Freeman was born in OHIO who married a Mary Martha Martin either her mother was a Wilson or their son John Fifer Freeman who married Nellie May Newton and Nellie's mother was a Wilson. We know that one of them was a Wilson and this is our brick wall. She could posibly have been a daughter of Michal Wilson and Mary Stansbury but we're not sure Most all the information I have on these people is from Clay County, Ilinois Thanks so much in advance Sandy
What an active list we have had! Hoping there may be new members, I thought I would once again post my query for my brick wall. Unknown Wilson married Susan Beam (born about 1865) and had at least two children I know of, Rachel and David, probably in Kansas City, Missourri. Susan was from Bardstown, KY. She and Rachel lived with my grandmother's family in Kansas for some time. Light! Christen
Dear Patty, Please watch whom you speak for. In regards to the "our time and space comment". I enjoyed perusing the Myers family tree and I don't particularly want to be included in "our" time and space if this is how others are to be treated. Human beings make mistakes, obviously you were one. ----- Original Message ----- From: "patt reeder" <reedergen@yahoo.com> To: <WILSON-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Saturday, October 05, 2002 1:14 PM Subject: Re: [WILSON-L] Myers I thought I would contribute > > Sandy, > What does your Myers family tree have to do with the WILSON LIST???? besides take up our time and space! > Patty > Sandy Bollhorst wrote:MYERS FAMILY TREE > > Samuel Myers (1809 - 1878) m. I have info from an Amador Cty Archivist that "there were Wilson's at what is now Sloughhouse in those days." I will keep your e-mail in case I run across a connection or info on Ema.
