That's what I've been trying to find in records at the library. There was a Wm. Wilson in, I think, Southampton Co., Va. who left things to a dtr. Katherine. Another person is working on this, too. I just can't afford to get involved in the DNA project when I don't even know, for sure, that I trace back to a Wilson. I couldn't spend money that way, anyway, as I have responsiblities in my family. Thanks for the suggestion, though, and your interest. J.H.

    3. George, I have very little info. All I know is that the children of Hugh & Lydia Wilson appear on LDS as being born in Byberry, Philadelphia. The first born, Mary Rachel, married George Gray in 1828 in Chester County. I figured that Hugh & wife had moved to Chester County PA sometime before 1828. They lived in West Bradford in Chester county. Rachel moved to Pittsburgh after getting married and her parents & sibblings just disappeared. George Gray had lived in East Caln. 1. [WILSON-L] HELP WITH A 20+ YR OLD BRICKWALL Dianna Elizabeth Wilson born 1810 SC
    2. Good Evening Wilson Researchers: I am here again with another plea for help with my brickwall. My grgrgrgrandmother,Dianna Elizabeth Wilson. Born 1810 Newberry, SC. She has also been known as, Annie,Dianne, and or Elizabeth Wilson. I believe she was daughter of Francis Wilson of Newberry, SC, he was possibly born in Ireland. She may have had a brother named Hugh Wilson who married a Spence. However I have no documented proof at this time. Dianna married a John Montgomery son of Robert Montgomery and Esther Spence all of Newberry, SC. Dianna Wilson and John Montgomery married when Dianna was 15, They had a daughter Mary Ann Montgomery shortly after their marriage. Unfortunately John Montgomery died on May 24th 1829, right before the birth of their second born, a son, John Calvin Montgomery. Ive yet to find a cause of death on John Montgomery or Dianna for that matter. Approximately 4 or 5 years after the death of John Montgomery, Dianna Wilson Montgomery married James J. Titus, they had 2 sons, William H. M. Titus and Francis J. M. Titus. Sometime shortly after the family moved to Marshall Co.. Tennessee near Palmetto. Last known residence for Dianna Wilson Montgomery Titus was Oct 5th, 1865 Farmington Tennessee. If you have anything at all to add, information large or small would be very much appreciated. Thanks and good luck to all of you! Dianne
