Hi List. I am still searching for the parents and birthplace of Henry Willis, Sr and wife Nancy (Possibly SLOAN) also b 1795. Children Daniel Willis b 1815 m Diana ("Annie") McGrew, lived Monroe Co. OH John S. Willis b 1819 "Monongahela" VA m Julia Ann Mowder 1838 Belmont Co. OH Jeremiah b 1820 Marshall Co. VA WV died Wood Co. WV Henry Willis Jr. b OH William Willis b Marshall Co. WV VA d Wood Co. WV Mary A b 1838 OH Martha A. b 1847 OH Emaline born 1845 OH George( W.?) born 1856 listed in census as a son, but probably a grandson Other possible children Joseph, Noah and Samuel These families moved from somewhere in Greene Co. PA to Marshall Co. WV area, then across the Ohio River to Belmont, Monroe, Washington and Meigs Counties in OH. Later most of them moved to Wood County, WV. Any information would be appreciated.
