    3. Can anyone help me find our who S.V. Willis might be? How is he related to Mollie Walker? Were they married? Effie M. Walker is my grandmother. Thanks! Darlene DB 8 P 626 Bland Co. This Deed made this the 9th day of June, 1904, by and between S.V. Willis, party of the first part, County of Mercer and State of West Virginia, and Effie M. Walker, party of the second part, County of Bland, State of Virginia. Witnesseth: That for and in consideration of the sun of One Dollar, $1.00 cash in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged. Said party of the first part does hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said party of the second part all of the interest in and to a certain tract or parcel of land situated lying and being on the North side of Rich Mountain in Bland County, Virginia. It being a life estate in and to a certain tract of land conveyed to Mollie Walker by petition; it being that same tract of land conveyed to Mollie Walker by Commissioners appointed by the Circuit Court of Bland Count, Virginia,to divide the land and estate of B.S.
