Thanks for all your responses...sorry I got carried away and forgot to tell you any location. Correct deduction on my spelling puts me and Jesse both in England. I do not know where Jesse was born but in 1890 he was married from 18 Leckford Street OXFORD and in 1897 registered Freda Nellie as born at 4, Friars Entry, St. Mary Magdalen, also in Oxford. By 1922 I believe the family were living in ACTON which is now part of Greater London but was then Middlesex. Certainly Freda, Lily and Eric all lived in that area [Hounslow, Chiswick, and Acton respectively] but I have never known anything of Rita. I hope this makes more sense now. Thanks Mike Powis
