Born Meigs Co. OH, Letart Twp. 1864, son of John S. and Julia Ann (Mowder) Willis. Seeking any info on him, last seen 1870 Census Meigs Co. OH, he and his mother living with his brother Henry Willis, Jr. Any info would be greatly appreciated. I have a marriage for a McClellan Willis in Belmont Co.
