I Henry Willis being weak in body and in a low state of health, but in my perfect senses, after resigning my soul unto God and my body to the tomb I do make this my last will and testament after paying all my Just debts and my funeral charges I do will and bequeath unto my loving Wife Elizabeth the third part of all my movable property and also the third part of a title Bond that I have in Benjamin Harvey for two hundred acres of land and the land that I live on at this time that is to say the hole of the Tract I so will and Bequeath to my loving wife to dispose of as she may think proper, and further I so will and bequeath to all my children two thirds of my movable property and also two thirds of a title Bond that I have on Benjamin Harvey.
