Well, relatively central. :-) And my bad. Emily contacted me about the get-together, and we brainstormed what seemed the best possible solution given the conference schedule and Houston logistics. This was about two weeks ago...and I never posted the details. The Cheesecake Factory can accommodate parties up to 60 with enough advance notice. I don't think we'll hit that mark, so will call October 25 the RSVP deadline. Let me know by then if you'll be attending, and I'll handle the reservations. The restaurant is open continuously on Friday from 11:00 to 11:00, so we'll have plenty of time to chat if we choose to stay. The conference shuttle back to the Sheraton Airport will stop running about 10:00, but if you're a Houstonian you know there are a lot of "meeting" options that continue later within a short walk from the restaurant...and some folks coming into town for the conference will likely get an earlier start at the Galleria for a little shopping. I'd like to keep the RSVPs and any questions or discussion over at the Williams Project Forums: http://forums.genealogy.fm/forums/index.php?topic=130.0 I'll be you concierge for this event <grin>, so be sure to post any comments at all about the meeting. --Hughes -----Original Message----- From: Adrian Williams [mailto:stickamw@earthlink.net] Sent: Friday, August 11, 2006 11:32 AM To: WILLIAMS-DNA-L@rootsweb.com Subject: [Williams-DNA] Get Together in Houston - It's a Date! - Details!
