Dorothy, I can appreciate your frustration with something that does not work "quite right" or the way you expect it to. Many of the features that Adrian has implemented on the web site are complex and may not work as we would like to see them or believe they should. Remember, it is admirable what he does, has done, and his patience and support is incredible, we pay him a lot $$$ to do this remember, all kidding aside I think the best way to get answers to these types of question is to use the forum. Lots of us monitor them and we can help Adrian out with answers (maybe). I for one, would be glad to help if you address a question to me directly. I also have toll free calling anywhere so if I am in town (I travel a lot) I will talk to you on the phone if it would help. I really appreciate the advice on producing a GEDCOM but alas that is not my problem. I already have my Williams' in that format. The problem is I can't log in to send it. When I requested a reminder it gave the same username and password that I am using. Yes Yes Adrian is doing a very good job with the site but he emailed me and a few others a while back as to why I wasn't taking advantage of the site. Unfortunately the reason is I can't log in.
