Does anyone know if Roger Williams Line and William Williams Line are connected anywhere? Norm Norm, Roger did have two brothers that came to America as well, Robert who settled in Newport after leaving Providence, Rhode Island, and Sydrach who settled in Virginia. Also they were the cousins to Oliver Cromwell, Lord Protector of England between the reigns of Charles I and Charles II. William Williams was one of the first to settle in Stonington, Connecticut and his son was the first European to die and be buried there after an accident in the field.
