    1. [WILLIAMS] Another Eleanor Williams in Virginia

    3. Hey Victoria, et. list ... I have an Eleaner, as it's spelled in the 1820 census, Williams. Too old to be yours but maybe an aunt or something. I don't have a great deal on her. Eleaner married Phillip Orndorff (b 23 MAR 1767 in Vincent Twp, Chester Co, PA) in 1795 in Frederick County, VA. Among their known children children was Jesse, born about 1804 - my great-great-great-great grandfather. Phillip died after the 1810 census and in time for his estate to be cleared in 1818. Eleaner survived her husband and appears as head of household in the 1820 Virginia census. I have no idea who who parents were, or where she was born. Or when and where she died, for that matter. Hope this is of some use to someone, and/or that someone may recognize her and fill in some of her almost empty canvass.
