Hello Karen and Listers, Although I don't have a match for your WILLIAMS names, I will share some of my line, ISAAC WILLIAMS AND NANCY TEMPERANCE ? . My line begins a couple of generations before yours. You will note that my WILLIAMS were in Lauderdale County AL before moving to Hardeman and Fayette County TN. The following, compiled in my FTM, has come from many sources, some not verified. This family was in Alabama before moving over the state line in Tennessee. I too have difficulty in finding the right Williams family. Note the BROCK marriages. Besides these BROCK connections, my great grandmother was CELIA ANN BROCK b. about 1822 in TN, who married James Allen BARTON. The BARTONs settled in Walker County, AL. My Great grandmother was Rosabelle Williams. She was born in 1904. Her father was either John Harvey or just Harvey Williams. Harvey's father was named Minor Williams. Can anyone help me with this family. Rosabelle married Jesse J. Latham in 1922 in Walker County, Alabama. Harvey married Mary Frances Abbott (daughter of Heil Abbott and Jane Mills Key).
