    1. [WILLIAMS] ALVA PROUTY & EMELINE FANCHIER
    2. My G-G-Grandparents Alva PROUTY and EMELINE FANCHIER PROUTY were Fond du Lac county when their daughter ADDIE PROUTY was born probably in 1859. Our family records list her birthdate as August 09, 1861, but she is listed as an infant in the 1860 census. ALVA PROUTY was listed in the 1847 Wisconsin territorial census that recorded heads of household, number of males, number of females, and total individuals in the household on December 1, 1847. The census taker in the town of Seven Mile Creen (renamed Lamartine in 1848) was M. L. Noble. For Seven Mile Creek, totals of 173 males and 133 females were submitted to the Secretary of the Wisconsin Territory by S. S. N. Fuller, Taker of the Census. The numbers are written on the bottom of page 38 of the Fond du Lac census and are repeated on Fuller's summary sheet, so presumably they represent his calculations. Prouty, Alva 1(white male) 2 (white females) . Addie WILLOUGHBY married DAVID WILLOUGHBY (son of HOPSON WILLOUGHBY and MALINDA WILLIAMS) November 27, 1879 in Coyville, Kansas. Is anyone else researching this family? Sandy Heinrich
