Janet, I have a Williams fam. in Wilson/Dekalb Co. Tn. from David Williams-b late. 1700's m Elizabeth Vanhooser in 1812 Wilson Co.. I can find no parents, brothers or sisters for him, but he had a daughter Nancy, who m George Washington Bennett abt. 1830's Wilson or Dekalb Co. they migrated to St. Francois Co. Mo., then on to Ark. I think my Williams came to Tn. from Va.,m into Vanhooser, Bennett and Jadwin fam.(David's children) Evelyn
