Hi - I am new to the list and am wondering if anyone has the descendents of the William Williams from Connecticut who signed the Declaration of Independence. Family rumor has it that my great grandmother, Clarinda V. Williams, from Aroostook Co., Maine is related to him but I have been unable to make the connection. She was born about 1843 and married William Frances DeLaittre on Dec. 19, 1862 in Montecello, Maine. Hope someone can help. Susan
