Clear DaySeeking information regarding Emma Williams b. about 1815-1820 in England. Married James E. Smith, probably about 1840. Emma's parents were Edward Williams b. about 1792 in England and Vancension (?) b. about 1793, also in England. Based on census data, they came to America about 1832-33. In addition to Emma, identified children of this couple are Aaron b. 1827, Mary b. 1832, Sarah b. 1833, William b. 1840 and James b. 1843. All of these dates are approximate. In 1850 & 1860, Edward & Vancension are in Fond du Lac County, WI. I have found no trace of them after that date. By 1870, Emma and some of her siblings have relocated to Humboldt County, IA.
