I have come accross some information which is making my tree very confusing. It has been suggested that my Faith Williams is the daughter of William Williams which would match the dates I have. However, I also have it that her brother was Jehiel Williams which doesn't seem to coincide with being a son of William Williams. I have found the following: Thomas Williams m Rebeckah in Wethersfield, CT bet 1645-1656 their son... ...Jacob b 3/7/1664 d 9/26/1712 m Sarah Gilbert 12/10/1685 their son.... ....David b 4/7/1699 m Mehitabel @1730 in Wethersfield, CT their son..... .....Jehiel b 2/16/1733 d 6/13/1810 m Anne Edwards 1/6/1756 their son...... ......Josiah b 9/15/1768 d 10/14/1842 m Charity Shailer 9/9/1795 I have also found that there is a Jehiel Williams in Lebanon, CT who was a Corporal. Can anyone straighten me out on who is who?? I'm starting to get very confused here.
