I am looking for any information on a William Williams who married Martha (Polley) Winston in Franklin Co. NC c. 1795. I think that he was born c. 1770 in Bute/Franklin Co. NC. and died 1827 in Franklin Co., NC. Martha was born c. 1775 in Bute/Franklin Co. William's father may have been Richard Williams and Martha's father may have been Isaac Winston.
