Looking for any information on James Williams born around 1805. He married Elizabeth Glover in Pulaski, Kentucky, February 21, 1829. Elizabeth and James were in Russell County, Kentucky during the 1860 census when James was listed as being 55 years old. The census lists James as being from Virginia. Sons of James, John R. and Thomas, fought in the 5th Kentucky Cavalry in the Civil War. James Williams and his son, Thomas, with some other family members later moved to Macon, Missouri. John R. Williams remained in Russell County, Kentucky, where he died August 26, 1909. I am searching for any information on James and his wife, Elizabeth.
