Looking for parents of Jonathan Middleton Williams who married Rhoda Elliott. Jonathan Middleton Williams born about 1779 in VA, migrated to Rutherford County, NC and married there in 1803 to Rhoda Elliott, daughter of William Elliott. We think Jonathan may be son of Jones O. Williams SR, but would like proof. We think Jones Williams also had a daughter, Winifred Williams who married Richard Bradley in 1778 in Lincoln Co., NC, and a brother Benjamin Williams. It has been said Jones O. Williams SR married Elizabeth Middleton. Is there anyone who has proof of the above. Would love to exchange information with you. Thanks, Flora
