Hi List, I have an extensive study of the Shelton families and have in my database, a Martha Wilmoth Williams m. 1847 to Henry Featherstone Shelton. He also had two other wives: Mary D. Williams (m. in 1837) and Laura Moss. Thomas is the son of Thomas Shelton (b.26 May 1762 in Pittsylvania, VA) and Phoebe Hatcher. Thomas Shelton had 3 other wives: Sarah Barksdale, Miss Hullett and Phoebe Cousins. Hope that helps. ---Lorraine
