Line #1 Nancy A Williams born ca. 1834 in GA .....said to be part Cherokee. Married Jesse Hollis in Morgan Co. GA 1848 In 1873 Murray Co. GA she was widowed, and placed her 4 youngest children in foster homes. Jesse Green Hollis to J.F. Brindle James A. Hollis to B.C. Hunsucker George F. Hollis to Arthur Gilbert Henry N. Hollis to John H. Kuhn. The guardians were all in-laws to each other and I suspect some may have been kin to Nancy or Jesse, but I can find no proof. No further record of Nancy...said to have gone back to live with her parents. Line #2 Elizabeth Williams born ca. 1827 in GA Married William J. Bridges in Franklin Co. Ga 1846 Moved to Fannin Co. GA Widowed in 1898 Still in Fannin Co. as of 1900 My grandmother says she re-married to a Williams in her old age and moved to Union Co.
