Hello, I am researching John R Williams b. abt 1808 in Tennessee. Married Sarah Adams probably in Franklin Co., Ill and moved his family to Linn County, Kansas in 1850's. Often called "Uncle Jacky". Hmmm, I have John R. Williams born in KY abt. 1817 - wonder if there is any connection??? This JR went to AR then to MO, then disappeared after 1860 - sigh.
