Nettie had a brother William ORR. In 1909 WILLIAMs lived in Texarkana, Miller Co., AR. James Wiley was public school teacher. In 1914 James Wiley went to work for Railroad, Shreveport, LA & Nettie and children lived in Little Rock, AR. James Wiley and Nettie later lived (with Polly & Clarence )in Kokomo, IN until he died Jan 1949.
