    1. Will of Bennett Williams, Weakley Co., TN
    2. Dorothy C. White
    3. Several times I have seen inquiries about a Bennett Williams on their site. Below is a record of the will of a Bennett Williams that I hope someone might find useful. Does anyone have information on William Bennett, widower of Martha "Mattie" Williams and father of their son, Joel Bennett? Mattie Williams was the daughter of Joseph Williams and Martha Perritt/Parrott who died in Anson Co., NC in 1825. In Joseph's will he gives to his grandson, Joel Bennett, son of his deceased daughter, Martha Williams fifty dollars and to his son-in-lay, William Bennett he leaves 50 cents. I do not know what became of Joel or his father, William Bennett. ______________________________________________________________________ Executor Bond for Zachariah WILLIAMS, deceased >> Bennet B.
