Henry was a son of Daniel Williams and Ursula Henderson. He was the executor of his brother's will, Brig Gen. James Williams, killed in the revolution. One of Henry's sons was Joseph Williams (b. 1782 Orange Co., NC) that married Charity Turrentine settled in Bedford Co., TN.
