Hello, all. At the risk of being considered a poor research person, I am asking for the following info. What are the names of the parents of William Jefferson EADS?? His wife was Dora MARTIN, and in 1903, their daughter, Martha, was b. in Mecklenburg Co., NC. Also, who were the parents of Dora MARTIN?? Martha married James Fred CHAPMAN, Sr., in ca, 1920, and they had several children. One son was James Fred, Jr., also known as Bill. Bill was b. 9-16-1925 in Gastonia, Gaston Co., NC. He married Betty Jo BALLARD, on 3-19-1965, after a tour of duty in the military, during the WWII times. They settled in Harris Co., TX, soon after the marriage. In attempting to structure a family tree for the living son of Bill and Betty Jo, I am seeking any assistance I can find, to locate the names, dates and places of importance in the lives of his ancestors.
