Sharon, Please do let us know if you find out you can or can not backup the FTM 2006 to CD's like we used to do with how ever many floppies it took. I have been using the 2006 version several months now and have no problems with it transferring my notes and sources. I also purchased the "Charting Companion" to go with it and I certainly like the Pedigree Chart in that one, as it has 31 ancestors on page 1 alone, through 5 generations. Peggy
