There may have been a Roger Williams from New England that migrated to VA but there is on the 1624/5 muster of people in VA the Roger Williams listed below. Since the Mayflower did not land at Plymouth Rock, MA until 1620 and the only Williams in the original members was Thomas Williams who died that first winter leaving no posterity, I would assume your Roger Williams from New England would have had to hustle to move to VA by 1624/5.
