I notice that a few people who are trying to unsubscribe from the list are posting their messages to the Mailing List itself. That is not the way to unsubscribe. You need to go to the Rootsweb Mailing List that you are subscribed to and click onto the link telling you to "Unsubscribe." An alternative is right on the bottom of each message sent out from the list, which features a link to the Mailing List. Once you get to the List through the link, Click onto the "Unsubscribe" button under the "WILLIAMS-L" link if you get your messages from the list individually, or "WILLIAMS-D", if you get your messages in a Digest mode, which will trigger a Message from you to the correct party to take you off of their list. You must "Send" your message that is triggered, just as you would always do for an email. Remember, that just sending a message to the regular address for the Mailing List will NOT get you unsubscribed, and that you MUST send it to the correct address as described above. Thanks All.
